FOR BUSINESS
Protect the interests of your business and its assets using one of our independent business financial planners. Through our full range of corporate services and commercial insight, we’ll help you look after your business, your employees and meet regulatory requirements.
1
Getting started with financial planning
Initial client service meeting – Either over the phone or at a meeting place that’s suits you, one of our fully qualified independent Financial Planners will introduce our firm and services to you. After some fact-finding to understand your business’ needs, we may ask you to sign a form to help us collect the necessary information to help us create your business’ financial plan.
Information gathering – After this financial planning meeting our corporate services team will get all the information they need directly from any product provider(s) so that our Financial Planners can understand and analyse your business’ current arrangements.
2
Corporate governance review
Fact-find meeting – At this meeting, your independent business financial planner will ask for more financial information to get a detailed picture of your business’ financial objectives and ambitions.
Portfolio summary – We’ll discuss the summary of your business’ current circumstances, answer any questions you may have, and agree priorities, next steps, and areas of advice that should be considered and any fees.
3
Expert, tailored recommendations
Your independent business financial planner will carry out further analysis and research to prepare a full report with all our recommendations. It’s important that you understand and are happy with these – only when you do and agree with them will we move to the next stage.
4
Putting your financial plan in place
Completing your application – Once you’ve officially agreed for us to work with you your independent Financial Planner will take you through the paperwork and ask you to sign the relevant documents (we never carry out or charge you for any work without your consent).
Talking with providers – Our corporate services team will manage the relationships with providers to put the agreed recommendations in place
Finalising your plan – Once the process has been completed, we’ll give you all the documentation – from us and from the providers we’ve selected for you.
5
Annual corporate governance review
Reviewing your corporate governance regularly allows you to adapt to any changes in your business’ circumstances, or in legislation. We offer a review at least once a year (which can be done over the phone or in person).

We’ve taken the time to carefully research and select financial products and services from other providers, so you don’t have to. We have working relationships with professionals such as accountants, solicitors and payroll providers, who can help your business fulfil its legal obligations. We can also introduce you to financial planning services that cover mortgages, protection and will writing.
