Motivated to act in his clients’ best interests and delivering the best financial solution available from the whole of the market, Stephen established Attivo in 2005, with the firm evolving into the highly respected Chartered, genuinely independent, Lifestyle Financial Planning business. He led the business, raised shareholder funds, and negotiated the mergers and acquisitions.

He founded Attivo Life Magazine and launched the Attivo Academy, which develops exceptional financial planners through structured training and mentorship.
Stephen is a strong advocate for professional development, ensuring that financial planners have clear pathways for progression and success. He has worked closely with the acquisitions team, identifying opportunities, guiding strategy, and supporting the seamless integration of new firms.
