Non-Executive Chairman
Seb became Non-Executive Chairman of Attivo Limited, our holding company, in 2026, after joining the company in 2021 as an independent non-executive director.
As Non-Executive Chairman, Seb helps shape the long-term direction of the business and ensures we continue to meet the needs of our clients, employees and owners. Working closely with the executive team, he provides guidance, challenge and oversight to support strong decision-making and positive outcomes across the business.
Seb brings extensive experience from across the wealth management industry, both in the UK and internationally. Earlier in his career, Seb founded and grew a global insight-led consultancy, which was later acquired by a New York Stock Exchange-listed company.
Seb is widely recognised for championing consumer interests and helping wealth firms evolve in step with changing client needs. With almost a decade of board-level experience as both a chairman and independent non-executive director, he has worked with a range of high-performing financial institutions across the UK, US and Europe.
