Ian Plumpton is Attivo’s Chief Risk Officer, responsible for driving the organisation’s risk management and governance strategy. With over 30 years in financial services, Ian brings deep operational expertise and strong regulatory insight.
Since joining Attivo in 2011, Ian has led major initiatives including the implementation of risk frameworks, GDPR compliance, technology transformation and operational excellence, and regulatory engagement with the FCA. Ian holds an MBA and is recognised for strategic leadership in risk, compliance, and corporate governance.
