Experienced, trustworthy, and qualified
Andy joined Attivo in April 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in Financial Services. Andy joined from the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he was the Divisional CFO of the LSEG Post Trade business. Prior to this Andy, was the CFO of Quantile Technologies overseeing until its acquisition by LSEG in 2022. After qualifying as a chartered accountant (ACA) with Deloitte in London, Andy spent the majority of his career with JPMorganChase in London, in various operational and finance roles.
As CFO Andy is responsible for guiding and overseeing financial strategy, maintaining fiscal discipline, all forms of financial reporting and the corporate relationship with auditors, banks and investors. He also oversees the day-to-day operations of the finance function, including cashflow management and deployment of Capital. Andy is a member of the Board and the executive management team.
