Refer a friend to Attivo
1. To refer a friend, start by sharing your personalised referral link via the channel that suits you best.
2. Share your unique referral link with your friends and family, reminding them that you will both be rewarded should they sign up as a new Attivo client. Each friend that you successfully refer is worth a £150 John Lewis e-Gift Card for both you and the new client.
3. Your newly referred friends will need to arrange a callback with Attivo to discuss our services, then pay for financial advice to confirm both their arrangement with Attivo and the referral.
4. Once the referral has been made you will receive your £150 John Lewis e-Gift Card to the email we have on record within the last 15 working days of the month following receipt of paid advice.
Get referred to Attivo
1. Once you click the link shared, you will be redirected to the Attivo website. Here you will find a form that you will need to complete to arrange an Attivo to call you and discuss the range of services available to you as a potential new client. It’s a quick, no pressure call and you are under no obligation to purchase any of the offered services.
2. Should you decide to become a new Attivo client you will need to pay for financial advice which will confirm both your relationship with Attivo and the referral reward.
3. You should receive your referral reward within the last 15 working days of the month following receipt of paid advice. The e-Gift Card will be sent to the email address we have on record.
Subject to these offer terms, Attivo (“us”, “we” or “our”) will pay an existing Attivo client (the “Referrer”) a reward (“Referral Award”) when a person they refer (“Friend”) becomes a new financial planning Attivo client (the “Offer”).
1. To qualify for the Offer:
a. the Friend:
i. cannot be an existing Attivo client; andii. must book a call back, via the Referrer’s unique referral link and
iii. must become an Attivo client within a year of booking the call back (“Qualifying Period”)
iiii. must be over 18 years old
iV. must be a UK resident
b. the Referrer must be an Attivo Financial Planning client (the “Qualifying Criteria”).
2. On meeting the Qualifying Criteria:
a. we shall Pay the Referrer and the Friend £150 e-Gift Card when a Friend becomes an Attivo client
b. e-Gift Cards will be sent to the email addresses on record
c. e-Gift Cards will be sent within the last 15 working days of the month following receipt of paid advice
3. Charges are applicable for all Attivo services in accordance with our standard Fees and Charges, these will be explained in detail before any commitment is made.
4. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
5. You must be over 18 and a UK resident to be eligible for the Offer.
6. Existing product terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions specific to this Offer. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the relevant product terms and conditions, these Offer terms and conditions shall prevail.
7. The referral reward cannot be exchanged for anything else including cash or a discount on fees.
8. A Referral Reward will not be paid if the Referrer is no longer an Attivo client or has applied to leave to another provider when the Referral Reward is due.
9. Taking advantage of this Offer means participants agree that Attivo is not liable for any costs, expenses, losses or damage sustained by any participant under this Offer.
10. You cannot refer yourself.
11. Attivo reserves the right to alter, withdraw or amend this Offer and/or these terms and conditions without prior notice.
12. Anyone who is seen to be abusing the Offer may be excluded at Attivo’s absolute discretion.
13. The laws of England and Wales govern this Offer.
14. All participants to this Offer agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
